I'm interested in using code for uses it's not intended, like golf and the such. Languages are both tools and toys, the important thing is to know which you're using them for, and to act accordingly
For example, this is a perl golf, that sings 99 bottles of beer on the wall. Obviously perl golf is a game, in stark contrast to Best Practices. Thus far, this is my best scoring effort.
$"=!s//99/;split 3,'3s3$_ bottle$_[$_>1] of beer3 on the wall3, 3. 3$_[$_--,7+s#^0#99#]3Take one down and pass it around3Go to the store and buy some more3 ';print eval"qq*@_[split//,23425642359]*,"x$_
I hope you find these things useful, but generally, if they're lies, mis-truths or otherwise cause you suffering, pain or discomfort, you should have discarded them as the opinion they are, rather than taking them as the ordaned word of god.
I also plan to include style on this page that don't suck, and perhaps at some point have documents linked to oneanother.
